Yes, all draws have a participation cap. All once-off entries and members are included in each promotion cap. You can find the number of each promotion cap on the “current giveaways” page. This may vary for each giveaway.

Past entrant caps have never exceeded past 4000 customers. We keep our caps low and fair so everyone has the best chance of winning.

We don’t issue ticket or entry numbers. Entrant tickets are printed with full name and mobile number and are printed the corresponding amount of times, as per entries and package purchased. This is then put into our barrel for the draw.

No we do not! Our giveaways can attract a lot of scammers and fraudulent activity due to the nature of them. We NEVER contact winners or entrants via any social media channels. We only ever call our winners. Please ensure that if you are contacted by a page or profile that is impersonating us, to report it immediately. We are working around the clock to try and get fake/scam pages taken down, however it’s an ongoing battle. Yes. It is possible for a previous winner to win again in the future. They are not exempt. All draws are fair and not biassed to prior winners!

All winners are announced via Facebook and Instagram livestream on the date and time of each draw. They will be contacted via txt msg and phone call during the livestream and after the live stream has ended on the same day. We stream majority of our draws live at the Tuff Streeters HQ, however we also do pop-up draws if we are running an event or are partnering with another brand. You can watch the draws live on our facebook and instagram, or you can watch the replays of the draws on facebook and instagram or on our “past winners” page on our website.

No, If you are not watching the live draw and have missed the call on the draw date, our team will wait and try again later and/or contact you via email. As per our Terms and conditions, If we cannot get hold of the prize winner within 7 days we then redraw the prize again.

All prizes are delivered to your nominated address within 21 days of winning. We cover all transport costs to get the prize from A to B. The term ‘Transport costs’ includes: shipping the vehicle from Tuff Streeters possession to the winner’s residential address within Australia.

As a Tuff Streeters VIP member, you are ALWAYS in every single draw. Log in to the Tuff Streeters members portal, It is here that you can view your accumulating VIP entries at any time.

All additional and extra entries that you purchase, you will receive in your email.

Once you purchase a membership package, you will receive a confirmation email to the nominated email address. This email address will be your login for your portal that you can view at any time.

If your subscription fails, it will automatically try again up to 4 times within 14 days. If payment continues to fail you will receive an email from our team and your account will be placed on a temporary hold.

Before or during a live draw, if there are any technical difficulties which mean that we are unable to draw the winner or live stream the draw to the public, a redraw and new date will be set for that current campaign within 24 hours.
