Inside, it’s been given the full treatment with all new SLR trim and a half cage for that perfect balance of classic style and track-ready safety.
Under the bonnet sits a tough 308 engine putting out a stout 400 horsepower, thanks to a combination of B cast cylinder heads, a Torque Power inlet manifold, and an XP Holley 850 carburettor feeding the beast.
The valve train is built to rev with a solid flat tappet camshaft and roller rockers, while an electric water pump keeps things cool and reliable. Fuel is delivered through Aeroflow fuel fittings and a Barry Grant fuel pump, while the engine’s kept under control with a rocker cover case timing setup.
Cooling is handled by a PWR radiator with twin fans, ensuring it stays cool even under load.
Backing it up is a tough Turbo 350 full manual transmission with a 4200 stall converter, sending the power to a bulletproof 9 inch diff centre.
