This 1974 Holden HQ GTS Monaro is a genuine factory L31 car finished in Salamanca Red and rebuilt through a ground up bare metal, nut and bolt restoration. Its 383ci Chevrolet V8 delivers around 580 horsepower and is paired with alloy cylinder heads, a TH400 automatic, 4800rpm stall converter and a 9-inch rear end featuring an adjustable four link setup, 31-spline Moser billet axles and 3.9:1 gears. Riding on Weld V-Series wheels with beadlocked rears, Wilwood brakes and a fully restored factory style houndstooth interior, it stands as a properly executed top to bottom build that combines genuine Monaro pedigree with a serious street and strip mechanical package.
