Past Winner Spotlight: Lachlan Cox’s 1994 HSV VR ClubSport
Lachlan Cox from NSW has taken out one of the cleanest 1994 HSV VR ClubSport that’s been built to enjoy.
Under the bonnet sits a built 5 litre 304 V8 with 10:1 compression, making a stout 400 horsepower. It breathes through Pacemaker headers and a full twin 2.5 inch cat back exhaust, giving it that perfect V8 bark.
Backing it up is a manualised and built auto, sending power to a tough 3.7 LSD diff to make sure it hooks up and goes.
It’s finished in Alaskan White, a perfect match for the classic GTS interior, including those sought after GTS seats. It sits low and tough on 20 inch GTS replica wheels, giving it that unmistakable stance.
To top it off, it’s running a Holley Sniper EFI system for reliable performance and modern throttle response.
Lachlan’s VR ClubSport is a perfect example of classic Aussie V8 muscle with just the right modern touches, congratulations to Lachlan Cox, another past winner rolling in style!
